FloridaRealEstateCareerFair.com provides an online platform to register for real estate career fairs, connect with potential employers, brokerages, and industry partners ("Vendors"), and receive information about licensing, training, and career opportunities.

To attend an event, you must register via our online form. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for keeping your contact information up to date so that we and our Vendors may contact you regarding the event.
4. Consent to Share Data with Vendors
This is a core component of our Service. The primary purpose of the Career Fair is to connect you with potential employers and industry partners.
By registering for an event, you expressly grant us permission to share your name, email address, and phone number with participating Vendors, exhibitors, sponsors, and brokerages.

5. Communications and TCPA Consent
By entering your mobile phone number and clicking "Submit" (or similar) on our registration forms, you consent to receive recurring text messages (SMS and MMS) and telephone calls from:

Participating Vendors: Regarding career opportunities and offers relevant to real estate professionals.

The number of Vendors that will attend.
The availability of specific jobs or positions.
Your likelihood of obtaining an interview, offer, or employment.
The suitability or quality of any Vendor or brokerage.
You are solely responsible for vetting any employer or brokerage you choose to engage with.
7. Release of Liability Regarding Third Parties
You hereby release FloridaRealEstateCareerFair.com, its owners, affiliates, and employees from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your interactions with Vendors. We are not a party to any agreement between you and any Vendor. We do not control the manner in which Vendors use the data we share with them in accordance with these Terms.
8. Media & Likeness Release
By attending the Florida Real Estate Career Fair, you acknowledge that the event may be photographed, filmed, or recorded. You hereby grant FloridaRealEstateCareerFair.com, its affiliates, and its partners the irrevocable right and permission to use your name, likeness, image, voice, and appearance as captured at the event in any media now known or hereafter developed (including social media, website usage, and marketing materials) for promotional purposes, without compensation or further notification.
9. User Conduct
You agree to conduct yourself professionally at all times during the event and in your communications with us and our Vendors. We reserve the right to revoke your registration and deny entry to the event if you engage in disruptive, harassing, or unethical behavior.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site (text, graphics, logos, and software) is the property of FloridaRealEstateCareerFair.com or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FloridaRealEstateCareerFair.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of your attendance at the event or use of the Site.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
